Refund policy

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days from the delivery date of your order to make a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Here are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you’ve purchased from the Heritage Mrch™ online store:

  • Only items that have been purchased directly from the Heritage Mrch™ website, can be returned to us. Heritage Mrch™ products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
  • Any item(s) you return must be in their original condition, unopened and unused, and with all packaging intact and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse to provide a refund if the returned item is not in its original condition.
  • As each product is custom hand-made, we cannot accept any requests for cancellations once an order has been processed.
  • To request a return once items have been received, contact: info@heritagemrch.com with your order number. 

 

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and also inform you if your return has been approved. This process can take up to 3 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@heritagemrch.com.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.

 

Shipping Fees

Please note that any original shipping costs are non-refundable, and we do not cover any costs for handling charges or return shipping.

 

Exchanges

If you receive a faulty item, please email info@heritagemrch.com, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

International Orders

We do not offer international returns and exchanges at this time.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
